When we were faced with my Brother’s terminal cancer diagnosis in July we knew the listing of his home of 47 years in Munster was imminent . My husband and were interested in a property that Bonnie was selling, reached out to see the property.... she was incredibly professional during the showing and really took the time to get to know us. We wanted to keep looking at similar homes to compare... So Bonnie got us in to some awesome listings that same day. We were moving from Kingston, back towards Ottawa. She was amazing at working with our schedules over a couple weeks time. She caught on really quick as to what we were looking for, she could basically tell within the first few minutes weather the house would be a good fit for us. She was great at pointing out things about each house that we may not have noticed, like wooden windows, windows that had lost thier seals, ect. After a couple weeks we found a house and property that we fell in love with. It had JUST hit the market and we were supposed to be going back out of town that evening. They wanted 24 hours notice for showings, but Bonnie used her connections and got us into see the property immediately. We made an offer and got our forever home. Some inspections didn't quite go as expected, and what could have been a scary situation for anyone investing so much money, Bonnie went to bat for us, and really walked us through every scenario possible. She got the deal done, and at a price that we felt comfortable with. This made it very clear that it doesn't matter weather Bonnie is selling your property, or helping you buy a property she puts her clients first every single time, And it shows. We've LOVED working with her, and will recommend her for sure in the future.
